CLIENT
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
All bookings are provisional until this contract is signed and returned
by the client. At this time all the terms & conditions of this
contract apply.
In
the unlikely event of illness or ‘Force Majeure’ circumstances
such as mechanical car failure or excessive traffic delays
Back On Monday Entertainments will make every attempt possible
to find a suitable replacement in time. If a suitable replacement
cannot be found all monies will be returned to the client.
A
25% deposit is required with the return of the signed contract
unless otherwise agreed within 14 days of the date shown
on the contract. Please note that non signature of this
contract is not sufficient to cancel this agreement and
all cancellation fees will be in force after the 14 day
cool off period. Please also note that if your contract is
not signed and returned during the 14 day cool off period
you risk losing the act/s you’ve booked and they may
be re-sold.
In
the case of cancellation on the clients’ part,
deposits are non refundable or transferable after the 14
day cool off period.
All
evening entertainment artists are booked to perform their
normal set/s (e.g. a band which performs 2 X 1 hour sets)
between 7.30 p.m. & 12.30 a.m. after which a charge
of £50.00 per half hour will apply. Please ensure that
Back On Monday Entertainments are aware of ALL time changes
prior to the event and that the times you want comply with
the venues licence.
Please
also be aware that a disco/band will take between one and
two hours to set up and their start time is completely
dependent on access to the room. Should you require the
disco/band to arrive prior to 5.30 p.m. there may be an
additional fee to cover this extra time, please contact
Back On Monday Entertainments as early possible if you
become aware that this may be necessary. Lost time on the
client’s part at the beginning of
the evening due to late access/room availability cannot be
added to the end of the evening and the standard £50.00
per half hour after 12.30 a.m. charge will apply.
The
balance for your act must be paid between 28 and 14 days
prior to the performance date. Please make all cheques
payable to Back On Monday Entertainments.
Please note that if full payment is not received within
this time period unless otherwise agreed in writing or
stated in our contract we cannot guarantee that the artists
will be available to perform at your event, all cancellation
fees will still apply.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the
venue is suitably secured and has a safe 13 Amp/240 volt
power supply.
The
client is liable to pay for any damage of the artist’s
equipment caused by drunken, disorderly or any other inappropriate
behaviour of guests attending the function or event.
The client is asked to provide reasonable hospitality during
the period of the event including refreshments and suitable,
lockable changing facilities.
Where a contract is held in more than one name, then all
persons named in the agreement will be deemed to be jointly
and severally responsible for payment or cancellation.
Any rebooking of this artist(s) within the next 18 months,
from the date of this contract, must be negotiated via Back
Monday Entertainments, all artists working for Back Monday
Entertainments will be aware of this requirement.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any cancellation made within 3 months before the date of performance
50% of the contract fee is payable.
Any cancellation made within 28 days before the performance date,
full payment will be due.
Please note that any cancellation must be made in writing and
acknowledged in writing by Back On Monday Entertainments to complete
the cancellation.
All
transactions must be made in Pounds Stirling.
Major credit cards accepted.
